Do I need a referral to make an appointment? No, you can book directly. However, a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan or specialist referral may provide access to Medicare rebates.
What issues can adult therapy help with? Adult therapy can support a wide range of concerns including stress, anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, confidence issues, grief, workplace pressure, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions.

Are sessions confidential? Yes. Information shared in sessions is confidential except in circumstances required by law or where safety concerns arise. Your psychologist will explain confidentiality to you.
