Mental Health Care PlanFees will be discussed and confirmed upon enquiry, based on your chosen mode and agreed length of therapy
(MHCP) MedicareWith a MHCP and a referral from your doctor, you may be eligible to receive a Medicare rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year (January to December).
RebatesRebates may be possible for all types of sessions.

Private InsuranceYou may also be entitled to a rebate with your private insurance for psychological services without needing a doctor's referral.

The NSW Police ForceThe NSW Police Force may cover the cost difference, or " out-of-pocket amount,” between the Medicare rebate for the session and the psychologist's fee.

Initial Enquiry

Contact us via the website and then receive a free 15-minute phone consultation. This call helps us understand your current concerns and provides you an opportunity to ask questions.

Discussing Your Needs

We will discuss your specific needs, preferences and availability. Session costs will be confirmed to ensure you are clear about costs.

Referral to Appropriate Services

Our priority is to ensure you receive the most effective care, even if that means recommending other specialised services.

Booking and Initial Session

This first session is 90 mins and is longer to ensure an understanding your situation. This helps us to formulate your customised treatment plan.

Scheduling Additional Sessions

Following your initial session, we will schedule additional sessions. Sessions can range from: 30, 50 , 60 or 90 minutes. Please note: the amount of sessions will depend on issues of concern, the evidence base for treatment and client goals.

Concluding Sessions and Future Planning

As you approach the end of your therapy, together, we will evaluate progress and discuss next steps. This might include scheduling follow-up sessions, providing resources for ongoing self-care, or referring you for further support if necessary. Our goal is to empower you with the tools and strategies to sustain your mental well-being. We may write back to your GP or referring Dr. as is required by Medicare if you use a Mental Health Care Plan.
