Flexibility

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is one effective approach to help clients focus on what truly matters to them and take meaningful action.

For example, ACT can be helpful for first responders who face high-pressure environments. ACT can help people to think flexibly and manage stress while staying connected to their core personal values

ACT guides individuals to accept life’s difficulties while committing to actions that reflect their values. It provides a flexible framework that can be adapted to each person's situation.
